Homes For Sale Up
Interest Rates Up
and yet...
Median and Average Sales Prices are Up
It beats anything I've ever seen.
It is what I've been saying over and over for awhile now. We are simply too low on inventory and demand is still strong.
I'm getting asked a lot more than usual about the market. A lot of people are surprised when I tell them.
