1.)   Reflection and Thank you!
As we enter the last days of the school year I wanted to take a moment in this week’s update to reflect and say thank you. It has been an honor to work alongside as you provided amazing, meaningful and important programming to our Early Learners. Thank you for your incredible dedication, time, creativity and patience to make this happen.

Each year, the Fulcrum Foundation recognizes the outstanding benefactors of Catholic education at the Celebration of Light by presenting the Archbishop’s Award. This award affirms that the 72 schools in the Archdiocese of Seattle remain viable and continue to thrive thanks to the generosity of those who support them. Over the past 20 years, some of the most influential individuals and organizations in our community have received this prestigious honor.
This year, the 2022 Archbishop’s Award was awarded to all teachers, staff, and administrators serving in archdiocesan schools who went above and beyond to continue educating students throughout a global pandemic.
If you did not have a chance to attend the Celebration of Light a wonderful video was created to honor all of you and was played at the event. Please see the link below for the 3 minute video that says it all!

Thank you and I look forward to continuing to work with you as we continue to build these incredible programs!

2.)   Posting, Communicating and Marketing Open Positions
As we look to fill remaining open positions for next school year in our Early Learning programs I wanted to send you some ideas of where to post your open jobs in order to maximize your reach. If you have other creative ideas that you have used please send them my way so I can share with all. Thanks!

·      Indeed – you can post as a normal job posting OR you can pay additional to level up your candidate search – one of those is “Matched Candidates” – it allows you to reach out to people on the platform that have not applied to your posting to invite them to apply based on their resume.

·      Idealist – a great board for people looking for these types of positions

·      Post in Parish or Regional Parish Bulletins

·      Reach out to Nearby Colleges and Community Colleges Early Education or Elementary Education Departments

·      If any of your families have access to a “Nextdoor” type app and it allows job postings or Facebook groups that allow job postings as well

·      Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts

·      You can also post at:
