Agenda highlights for the 2023 Spring Regional Leadership Conference include a national and state update, a Community Hub training, a session on succession planning to keep branch leadership roles filled, specific breakout sessions for most branch leadership roles, and more.
We will be rolling out phase one of the promised toolkit to make it easier for branches to recruit for leadership roles.
