Dear GCPC Community,
During the past year, we have been invited to “Envision the Possibilities” at GCPC. It’s been our stewardship theme and we’ve been engaged in lots of envisioning! We’ve come together to interview and select an architect to bring our Campus Vision into reality. We’ve been envisioning how to create a more just and equitable community. We’ve been envisioning what mutual liberation could mean.
This year, we are moving into a new phase together. It’s time to start the exciting but difficult work of building the foundation for GCPC’s future and how our vision might come to life. What will it take for us to bring our vision into reality?
Helen Keller said: “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” During the response to Hurricane Helene, this became abundantly clear as so many pulled together to help the community.
As we enter into a new year of building our future together, all of us have something to offer. Please consider how you can contribute your time and talents to the work of the church. In addition, please use the link below to make your 2027 pledge in any amount you can prayerfully give at this time.

Given the success of the “Finance Fishbowls” we had earlier this year, we will host several conversations with the congregation about stewardship, fundraising, and what our hopes are for our shared vision together.
There will be 3 fishbowl opportunities:
- Sunday, October 18 after worship
- Friday, October 30 at 6:30 pm
-
Sunday, November 8 at 6:30 pm online
Stay tuned for more information in the weeks to come!
Thank you for being part of GCPC, and for considering how your gifts might help us build the future we dream of together.
