Show dates are January 29 - February 2, 2025.

For your planning purposes - Move-in dates do vary depending if your space is on Level 1 or Level 2. Level 1 will vary between January 23-27. Level 2 will be January 27-28. In-Water Floating Show January 25-28. Move-out is February 2-3.

The Exhibitor Online Platform (Unity software) is now live to allow Exhibitors of Record to:

• Update company’s Print Guide Listing
• Expand your Digital Listing entry with more information about your company and products, visuals, links, offers
• Facilitate Exhibitor & Product Search by adding brands, products and keywords
• Order Exhibitor Badges

We encourage Exhibitors to input the required information NOW using their Company Profile log in, and continue to update the digital listing up to the show week and even after. Exhibitors are responsible for making sure their product information is accurate.

Exhibitor & Product Search works in a simple and effective way. Consumers type in what they are looking for: products, services, brands, general phrases. Exhibitors that have those keywords in their descriptions will appear for consumers to view. Listings and references are kept live on the website for the entire year.

Please complete the Keywords section in the Online Platform Company Profile to benefit from this feature. Keywords should reflect what products and services attendees will find on display at your space.

Filling out Boat Show Specials allows you to promote any offers connected to your VIBS participation, whether it is a promo campaign you are starting right now leading up to the event, or an offer only valid on the actual Show days. Exhibitors are fully responsible for the accuracy of the description of the promotional rules, conditions and timelines offered to consumers. 

The Interactive Floorplan connected to your Digital Listing will be added to the website once the space allocations are complete & booth numbers are assigned to all exhibitors spaces. This feature helps attendees to find products before attending the show and direct them how to find your space

The 2025 seminar schedule is currently well underway!

Surveys and feedback tell us that the boating community still place a very high value on seminars at the show. They want more education, knowledge, and to be inspired and motivated to be a better-informed boater.

• Saturday Afternoon Panel Talks: Attendees from all walks of life will enjoy an interactive series of panels by women experts from all aspects of the marine industry.

Delivered to your inbox the VIBS Exhibitor Newsletter is the primary communication source for important information, deadlines and more.

The Vancouver Boat Show newsletters are the main source of communication. They come from this email address: ahenschell@canadianboatshows.com so please add to your contacts and acceptable lists of emails. 

Some exhibitors report that they don’t receive the newsletter, or it lands in their junk folder. We suggest to please check your junk or clutter folders periodically. If the newsletter is found there you can typically right click the email and under the Junk tab select one of the options to ensure the sender and/or email domain is allowed.

All exhibitor newsletters are located on the show's website, so you can also keep up to date on communications if your email filters don't consistently display them in your inbox. Newsletters are posted to the Vancouver Boat Show website under the Exhibitors tab. Click here to review.
