International Board Position Opens August 2018

 

The Nominating Committee invites you to represent WILPF-US at the WILPF International Congress, to be held August 20-22, 2018, in Ghana (dates not final). The Congress will take place at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center in Accra. The US Section will be represented by five delegates and five alternates, in addition to the International Board Member, Melissa Torres. Although the Congress seems far away, it's not too early to consider applying to be a delegate or alternate. Contact nominatingcommittee@wilpfus.org for more information and how to apply.

 

Also, the WILPF-US International Board member position will be open in 2018, currently set to begin at the end of the WILPF International Congress, August 22, 2018, a nd ending at the end of the next International Congress three years later. This is a Board-appointed position. Anyone wishing to apply should contact the Nominating Committee for a description of the position and application.
