Annual Meeting & Board Elections

Electronic ballots for the Wendell Falls Community Association Annual Election have been distributed through ElectionBuddy. All ballots must be submitted by 5:30pm on October 15th.

The ballot will also include an option to have your ballot count toward establishing quorum for the Annual Meeting. Please be sure to select this option so the Association can meet the quorum requirement necessary to hold the meeting.

If you have not received your ballot, please check the following:

  • Email: If we have an email address on file in your BUURT portal, your electronic ballot was sent by email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
  • Text Message: If we have a phone number on file but no email address, you may have received your ElectionBuddy invitation by text message (SMS). Some phones may filter these messages as spam or place them in an unknown sender folder, so please check your filtered/spam text messages as well.
  • Mailed Postcard: If management does not have an email address or phone number on file for you, you will receive an ElectionBuddy postcard by mail containing instructions to access and submit your ballot electronically.

The Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 15th at 5pm. Please note the annual meeting will be held virtually this year, via this Zoom link:
