From the Board

Join the Legacy Circle During August’s National Make-A-Will Month!

Almost all of PD Active’s funding comes from members and supporters like you. Without your support, we could not sustain, much less expand, our programs for people with Parkinson’s and their families and care partners.

Including PD Active in your estate planning is one of the most impactful ways that you can support us. Planned gifts help to ensure PD Active’s long-term financial stability, provide resources for major expenses, and enable PD Active to initiate new projects to improve the services we offer to our community.

PD Active has established a Legacy Circle to recognize those who include PD Active in their estate plans. August is National Make-A-Will Month. Making a will is a great way to ensure that the people and causes you care about are part of your legacy for the future. You can also join our Legacy Circle by including PD Active as a full or partial beneficiary of your retirement plan, insurance policy, or donor-advised fund.

More information and resources about ways to include PD Active in your estate planning are on our website. Thank you for considering joining our Legacy Circle!

“We are so grateful for all the ways that PD Active has supported us on this journey with Parkinson’s. We want to make sure others can benefit in the future.”
