Save the Date: Annual Pool Party

Wednesday, July 22nd, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Join us poolside for a traditional BBQ with catered hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken fingers, french fries, and pasta salad, plus Mr. Softee. Two lucky residents will each win a $150 rent credit. More details to come, so keep an eye out.

Lighter reading, heavier lifting. Two new corners of home, freshly stocked at Village Square. Now open: a Free Little Library on the property, take a book and leave a book whenever you walk by. Just added: fresh gear in the fitness center, including new kettlebells and dumbbells, same hours and same space, just better stocked.

Pro-rated rent posts in two portions. Verify the details before the 5th to avoid late fees.
If you use auto-payment in the Loft app, update your payment amount to reflect your new rent.
