Dear Friends

Thank you to everyone who came out for the final SNL of the programming year as we journeyed to the Braves game.

We watched the Braves pick up a win against the Boston Red Sox, celebrated home runs, braved a brief torrential downpour, started the Wave throughout the stadium, and shared plenty of laughter along the way. Ending the year off on a grand slam!

Throughout the programming year, we gathered for outings, service projects, worship, formation classes, home gatherings, and so many meaningful moments of fellowship.

A special thank you to all of our volunteers who help create such a welcoming and supportive environment for our youth. This ministry happens because of your dedication, generosity, and love for our young people. Your willingness to show up and serve makes a real difference.

Together, we create a space where youth can grow in their faith, friendships, and sense of community. That is what youth ministry is all about.

And of course, shout out to our youth! You make All Saints better simply by being here. You bring a one-of-a-kind energy to the block through your leadership, your relationships within the parish, and the ways you express and live out your faith.

You are important. You matter.

Walking alongside you in this journey of faith is not one-sided; it is a mutual opportunity for growth, learning, and transformation. Your presence shapes this community in meaningful ways, and the church truly is not the same without you.

I pray everyone has a safe and restful summer. Keep me updated with all your going ons and I look forward to seeing everyone back in August! The first SNL is August 23rd.

I will be out of the office on vacation from the May 24th–May 28th. If you need to contact me, please feel free to reach out, and I will respond once I return.

Youth News

Summer Ministry Opportunities:

Before the Braves game, Remy Wilkes, a member of the Youth Vestry, shared a brief message with our youth about summer opportunities to become more engaged in the life of the church.

Summer is a wonderful opportunity for youth to participate in ministries beyond regular youth programming and to gain a broader understanding of All Saints serves both our parish community and our neighbors throughout Atlanta.

This summer, we are especially excited to partner with Threads and Refugee Ministries as opportunities to serve our neighbors with compassion, dignity, and love. Through these ministries, youth will have the chance to support families in need, build meaningful relationships, and live out their faith through acts of service, hospitality, and community engagement.

Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or looking to jump in for the first time, there’s something for everyone

A special thank you goes to all of our volunteers who help create such a supportive and welcoming environment for our youth. Volunteers make ministry adventures possible through their collaboration, dedication, generosity, and love for our youth. Their willingness makes a difference.

As we look ahead to another year of ministry, we would love for even more people to join us in this work. Whether through volunteering on Sunday mornings or evenings, supporting outings, opening your home, or simply showing up and building relationships, there is a place for you here as we continue making ministry happen together.

Thank you again for an amazing year. We cannot wait to see what God has in store next.
