Pine Knoll Shores Community Members,

*The A.C. Hall Municipal Building will be closed on Monday, September 1st in Observance of Labor Day.

*Wednesday, September 3rd at 3pm the Strategic Planning Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting in the Betty Carr Boardroom at the A.C. Hall Municipal Building.

*The Pine Knoll Shores Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Wednesday September 10th, 2025 at 6:00pm, or as soon thereafter as possible to receive comments on proposed revisions to articles 7, 11, and 19 of the Unified Development Ordinance. The hearing will take place in the Betty Carr Boardroom at the A.C. Hall Municipal Building located at 100 Municipal Circle, Pine Knoll Shores, NC 28512. The proposed changes can be viewed at the A.C. Hall Municipal Building during normal business hours Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or on the website at www.townofpks.com
