Grow With St. Paul's

On Sunday, November 3 and the following two weeks we start a new worship series based on the Parable of the Sower in Mark 4:1-9. This parable is such a simple way to think about our faith as Jesus compares our lives to the response of four soils to some seeds. And be looking for a special gift to arrive in the mail as we start the series!

New Members Classes

If you’ve been attending St. Paul’s, we would love to welcome you as a new member this fall! We’ll hold weekly classes starting Sunday, October 27 from 7-8 pm for four weeks as an opportunity to grow in faith, learn more about St. Paul’s and build friendships with others who are also joining. Child care will be provided. If you would like to attend or have any questions, please feel free to email Pastor Stuart or call 610-804-1740.

Fall Family Fun Night

Our next opportunity to have fun as a congregation and to connect with our community is coming up on Saturday, October 26 from 5-7 pm. You’re encouraged to come in costume and the night will include games, music, food, s'mores around the firepit and a Candy World Fun Maze appropriate for younger children. We have also invited a local car club and the Lionville Fire Station. These events only take place by the generosity of the congregation so we would ask you to please sign up here. Additionally, you can share the Facebook event here and sign up to attend here! Thank you so much!

Thanksgiving Food Drive

Please join us in helping local families in need this Thanksgiving. We will be collecting food for 300 food boxes for the Honey Brook Food Pantry and 50 boxes for Care Center. There are 2 ways you can help.

If you are interested in shopping and purchasing food directly, please consider signing up to supply a full meal for the Care Center. Click here to see the list of items. Items due by November 8.

Don't like to shop or would prefer to provide a monetary donation, please help us with the Honey Brook Food Pantry collection. Due to the large number of items needed, we will be purchasing items in bulk. Your monetary donation will help us buy things like cases of green beans, flats of stuffing, etc. We estimate it will cost $13 for each food box for Honey Brook.

Also, please consider donating leftover Halloween candy to add a special treat to the boxes. Donations can be left on the sign up table in the narthex.

Stay tuned for more information on the food box packing event. We will need many helpers!

Sign up here to contribute to the drive.

Thank you!

Baptism of Hannah Lee Rotzell

We will celebrate the joy and love of Holy Baptism for Hannah Lee Rotzell, daughter of Scott and Betsy Rotzell, at the 10:30 am service on Sunday, October 20.

Lutheran Disaster Response to Hurricanes Helene and Milton

You have no doubt seen the news stories about the devastation from Hurricanes Helene and Milton in Florida, especially in North Carolina and Tennessee. Entire towns, roads and bridges have been washed away, and millions remain without power and cell service. As always, Lutheran Disaster Response is always "first in and first out" supporting those in need. If you are able, you can make a gift to support these efforts at this link. Thank you so very much!
