Trafficking in NEPAL
Every year, thousands young Nepali girls are lured and sold into brothels in Bombay, Calcutta, Pune and other Indian cities as depicted in the movie SOLD.
In June Dr. Kate Jewell and Nancy Rivard will research the problem & visit Maiti Nepal and other NGO's working on the problem as well as present at the Himalayan Travel Mart and visit AAI's adopted Eco Home outside Katmandhu. See this link

AAI is partnering with the American Association of Airport Executives to provide airport training's, and Artworks for Freedom on a new Campaign to raise awareness of human trafficking at airports in the U.S. and abroad.

Empowering Youth
We are partnering with Saving Jane to promote Abolitionista! - an innovative educational tool that educates young people about human trafficking and empowers them to protect themselves.

The goal of this comic book is to reach children before they are victimized, with prevention strategies they can use the rest of their lives.


Girls Saved in Sierra Leone
Ibrahim Bangura greets the first 12 girls he helped to save when they returned to Sierra Leone and the last group on May 28 after being trafficked as domestic servants, nannies and nurses in Kuwait.

 It operates in conjunction with the You Tube channel Hansen VS Predator s providing content and live digital broadcasts to reach 100,000 people a day.

Humanitarian Missions
Our summer mission to S. Africa will leave in late July and our team will help our special day care center and orphanage and enjoy a safari afterwards.
AAI’s volunteer, Cindy Sterling and her mother replenished the empty pantry at Diakonos Children's Home and celebrated the 7th birthday of Chrismina with cake and ice cream! See story HERE
Children's Medical Escort Program
Carrie Quilici, PHX flight attendant and ORD FA Ellen Wright accompanied 8 year old Samiratou and 4 year old Deborah back to Paris following donated corrective surgery, sponsored by Children’s Medical Missions West in Ohio. In Paris they were handed over to ASF escorts who accompanied them home to Burkina Faso. See Link for More
