Connecting & Collaborating at the North Country Alliance Fall Forum

The Chamber’s VP for Economic Development, Abby Praetorius, was happy to join the North Country Alliance for its Fall Forum at the beautiful Pendragon Theatre in Saranac Lake!

It was a great day of connecting with fellow economic development professionals, including AEDC Executive Director Victoria Duley, Clinton County IDA Executive Director Molly Ryan, and TDC’s Renee McFarlin, Director of Business Development, and Darianna DiStefano, Business & Workforce Development Specialist.

The event also featured an insightful economic development panel with Steve Hunt of Empire State Development, Jeremy Evens of Franklin County Economic Development Corporation, Melinda Little of Point Positive, and Yen and Clark Main, owners of Adirondack Fragrance Farm and Nature’s Storehouse.

Always a great opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and talk about the future of economic development across the North Country!

Commemorating 100 years of healthcare in our community!

The North Country Chamber was pleased to attend yesterday's celebration at CVPH, featuring the unveiling of a historical marker and burial of a time capsule, honoring the legacy of Physician's Hospital and William H. Miner.

A wonderful tribute to the people and history that helped shape healthcare in the North Country. Congratulations to all involved!
