BCDI-Atlanta's Expand ECE Program was developed to increase the number of highly qualified Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) leaders in early care and education (ECE). Through culturally responsive and transformational experiences, Expand ECE fellows are provided professional coaching and ongoing support until they complete their ECE credential.
