Important Convention Reminders!

Early Bird Rate: Officers-Elect still qualify for Early Bird Registration pricing. Please contact us directly to register at the discounted rate.

Room Registration: June 6 is the cut-off to reserve a room.

Daily Lunches: To make lunchtime simple and stress-free, we’re offering a grab-and-go, food truck-style lunch station right at the hotel. It is important to order in advance of June 8 so the hotel can prepare the right amount of lunches each day. Each day will have a variety of options available for $18 all inclusive.

Know Before You Go: To help you prepare for an unforgettable trip and get the most out of your convention experience, we also encourage you to mark your calendars for our special "Know Before You Go" webinar on June 8 at 7 p.m. CDT.

Club Project Showcase:

Bee Fun: Get ready to generate some convention buzz! We are hiding 300 little bees and two elusive queen bees throughout the event space for an interactive scavenger hunt. Attendees are encouraged to find and re-hide the little bees to keep the fun going, but if you are lucky enough to discover a queen bee, bring it to the Marketing table to enter an exclusive raffle for an Optimist Bee Store gift card.
