Dear Parents of Juniors and Seniors (classes of 2028 & 2027), 

I am thrilled to travel with many of your students to Italy this June as a capstone of their classical education! As a reminder, Aristoi Classical Academy is offering an optional ten-day trip to Italy on June 10-17 of 2027 for Juniors and Seniors (classes of 2028 and 2027). At the recommendation of our Superintendent, Mr. Mueller, I have worked with Luther Tours to design a customized itinerary that includes stays in Rome & Florence with day trips to Pompeii, Assisi, Siena, & San Gimignano. Additionally, Luther Tours has secured round-trip economy-class airfare for $1590 for the trip with British Airways. Click the link to sign up here or scroll to the bottom and click the button.

The deadline for students to register is Monday, October 19, 2026. A $350 deposit is due at the time of registration, and the remaining balance is due March 25, 2027. Luther Tours does not offer payment plans, but you are at liberty to pay the balance as you would like as long as it is remitted in full by March 25, 2027. Additionally, students do not need to choose their roommates when registering; we will have time to do so later this fall once we have finalized the list of participants!  

For those of you whose students are registered, I will host a travel meeting over Zoom the evening of November 2 to review additional information, including packing essentials, travel skills, and all necessary paperwork to travel abroad. I will share more details about our travel meeting closer to the date. At this point, please make sure your student has a passport or will receive one in the near future.
