A Year of Impact

Greetings!

After years of determination and effort, All In's vision took a critical step toward becoming reality in 2025 when our first project, All In Dublin, was awarded financing and preliminary approval!

Through our partnership with TFG Housing Resources and the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, we’re developing this 75-unit inclusive, intergenerational community to provide a range of affordable and workforce housing options for people with disabilities, older adults, and other individuals and families. The project is currently on track to secure final approvals early next year and break ground in summer 2026.

Thank you for your support for All In's mission. Because of your belief in the power of inclusive, affordable housing, we made great strides in 2025 and are thrilled to be launching our first project this summer.

But All In has much work to do over the coming 12 months. To support our critical efforts in 2026, our board has launched the All Impact Drive, an ambitious effort to raise $200K in donations and pledges by December 31.
