THANK YOU FOR BRINGING YOUR CONCERNS TO OUR ATTENTION. WE LOVE YOU!!

Please note we are on the 2nd fl. Our entrance is on Merrick, not Rockaway. There is a nearby studio soliciting our students and teachers and telling people they are our studio - they clearly aren't,. They even posted photos of my daughter on social media attempting to make a connection between our studios. But we understand why they want to be like us. Imitation is definitely a type of flattery. Over the years many have imitated, none have duplicated the love, sacrifice, commitment and passion for culture that created Layla's Dance & Drum.

Our studio is staffed with a full team of professional Broadway-level dancers, certified acrobatics coaches, signed artists and people who respect the decades of training required to prevent injury, develop and nurture talent. We are constantly innovating and we take pride in being creative and constantly developing innovative programs and not copying others.

Our professional dancers work here Monday to Sunday and not just at occassional events.

Many thanks to everyone who brought this concern to our attention. We love you and appreciate you for valuing the arts and believing in integrity. We have learned that you can't control other people. We ignore people who lack integrity and simply focus on people who show trust, kindness and never undermine others. People with integrity and kindness are the only types of people we want to build with and have in our dance family. People like you.

Love you to the moon and back.

WE ARE LOCATED AT 2 E MERRICK RD, VALLEY STREAM, NY
2ND FL

Directly Across from CVS, Above the AT&T Store, Entrance in Front of the N4 Bus Stop. We are NOT located on Rockaway. We are located on Merrick. There is an image of a Drum on our door.We are on the 2nd floor of the old call center.
