Dedicated Virtual Tour Section



The Virtual Tour fields will be moved up to their own dedicated section in the Collab Center and on Collablink reports making it easier for customers and clients to view virtual tours! It'll be located directly beneath the Public Remarks.

New Selection for Commercial Sale & Commercial Lease

"Restaurant" is now available as a selection in both the "Business Type" and "Business Type Use" fields. If this applies to your listing, selecting this option helps make your listing easier to find for agents and customers/clients actively searching for restaurant spaces. More visibility = more opportunity.

Q4 fees have been invoiced and are available to be paid via the PrimeMLS Dashboard and are due by October 1, 2025. Invoices can be viewed and paid within the Account Balances section of the PrimeMLS Dashboard.

MLS Balance: This is where most PrimeMLS customers will view their invoice and pay their quarterly fees. Autopay may be set up for these invoices; see instructions below.

Office MLS Balance: This is where invoices for unlicensed admins (head office admins, branch office admins, and unlicensed assistants) and any fines assessed to the office are available to be viewed and paid. It is only accessible to Office Heads (this includes Office Admins, Firm Admins, Head Appraiser/Assessors & Brokers). Autopay may be set up for these invoices; see instructions below.

Member MLS Balance: This section lets Office Heads view and pay all invoices associated with the office, including outstanding quarterly fees and any fines assessed to agents within the office. It is only accessible to Office Heads. Autopay cannot be set up for these invoices.

If you have set up autopay for your MLS or Office MLS Balance(s), no action is needed. For those who wish to set up auto-pay, you can accomplish this on your PrimeMLS Dashboard, by following these instructions:

1. Go to the Member tab and choose "My Profile."
2. Select "Payment on File"
3. Select "Store my payment type on file and sign up for Autopay."
4. Enter the required information and tap "Submit Profile."

The same can be accomplished at the office level by selecting the Office tab and choosing "My Office Profile." Setting up autopay for the office is applicable to invoices in the Office MLS Balance.

Want to let buyers know that concessions are available? Great! Just remember: there are rules around how you can share those details.

✅ You can state in the remarks fields that concessions are being offered.

🚫You cannot include specific dollar amounts, percentages, or any references to dollar amounts or percentages.

Here are some simple examples to show how you can share that concessions are offered while staying compliant with NAR and PrimeMLS Rules:

• YES - "Seller will consider concessions."
• YES - "No seller concessions."
• NO - "Seller is offering $3 in concessions."
