CSA Maintenance Department Updates
Greenwood Drive Update

  • Landscaping operations will occur the week of March,16th, weather permitting.
  • Please use caution while driving in these work areas.

Lighthouse Road Reconstruction Update

  • Landscaping operations will occur the week of March,16th, weather permitting.

Roadside Tree Trimming

  • Please be aware that roadside tree trimming along Governors Road and Club Course Drive will occur Tuesday, March 17 and Wednesday, March 18, weather permitting.
  • Intermittent lane closures may be necessary and flagmen will be present to assist with traffic flow. Drivers should use caution in these designated work zones.

Ruddy Turnstone Road Resurfacing Project

  • Paving operations are anticipated to begin next week along Ruddy Turnstone Road in Sea Pines, weather permitting.

Pot Hole Repairs

  • Pot hole repairs on Governors Road and on Greenwood Drive in proximity to Sea Pines Circle will occur Tuesday, March 17 and Wednesday, March 18, weather permitting.

Leisure Trail Resurfacing

  • Please be aware while biking or walking that Leisure trail striping at various locations throughout the community will occur next Thursday, March, 19, weather permitting.

2020 CSA Assessment Reminder
Property owners who have not paid their 2020 CSA Annual Assessments will be receiving a second notice in the coming week. These outstanding balances will include both late fees and interest charges. Please remit payment promptly to ensure no further delinquent charges to your account.

For those property owners with outstanding balances on March 31, 2020, your guest pass as well as your rental guest pass privileges will be suspended. We sincerely appreciate all property owners who have remitted payments timely.

SC DNR Presents: Bald Eagles

Presented by long-serving biologist, Charlotte Hope. She is responsible for Eagle monitoring with SC DNR and recently flew over an active nest in The Sea Pines Forest Preserve.
