Congratulations, Yard of the Quarter - Halloween Edition!

Introducing the Torres/Vasquez Family

After living on the Texas coast for most of our lives, we began talking about where we wanted to retire. We both agreed that the Texas Hill Country was the perfect place. After an exhaustive two-year search, we found Esperanza and immediately knew we were home!

We have been blessed with wonderful neighbors and the added joy of watching our grandchildren grow up nearby, thanks to our daughter choosing to make Esperanza her home also.

Since moving to this community, we have enjoyed taking part in a variety of activities, including the baking, crafts, and Mahjong clubs. These activities have given us wonderful opportunities to meet and get to know neighbors from other pods. Our grandkids love spending time at the pool, floating along the lazy river, and watching movies under the stars. Milberger’s classes on native plants, soil conditioning, and mulching, have been very informative and helped us learn how to keep our yard looking its best.

We feel so fortunate to have found a home in Esperanza, where we can enjoy an active community, build lasting friendships, and make wonderful memories with our family and friends.

Save the Date

Get ready for fall fun at Esperanza! 🍂🎃 Our Experience Esperanza Fall Fest will bring neighbors together for a celebration filled with family activities, seasonal excitement, and community cheer.

Join us at Roca Loca Forest for pony rides, carnival games, a pumpkin patch, face painting, delicious food, and more! It’s the perfect opportunity to connect with neighbors and make memories close to home.

Gather your family, invite your Esperanza neighbors, and join us for a little fall magic! ✨

HELPFUL HOA TIP OF THE MONTH

We would like to kindly remind all residents to please follow the posted speed limits throughout the community. Speeding is not permitted and can create serious safety hazards for pedestrians, children, pets, cyclists, and fellow drivers.

Our community streets are shared spaces where families walk, children play, and neighbors enjoy the outdoors. Taking a few extra moments to slow down can make a big difference in helping keep everyone safe.

Introducing Clubs at Esperanza

Something exciting is growing at Esperanza… clubs! ✨

Whether you’re looking to connect over books, baking, walking, bunco, mahjong, fitness, crafts, or new adventures, there’s a place for you here.

Join one of our new clubs or bring your own idea to life by starting a club to lead. The best communities are built around shared passions, laughter, and neighbors becoming friends.

Reach out to our Lifestyle Coordinator, Lorie Gill, for more information on clubs.
