Making Our Voice Heard:

The HOA Coalition & Naples 2045

The Moorings is one of eight founding neighborhoods in the newly formed HOA Coalition, joining together with Aqualane Shores, Coquina Sands, Park Shore, Port Royal, Royal Harbor, Sun Terrace, and Gulf Shore Association of Condominiums to represent nearly 75% of Naples' residents on citywide issues. By coordinating with our neighboring associations on matters like resiliency, infrastructure, and development policy, MPOA ensures our community's voice carries greater weight with City Council than it could alone. The Naples 2045 Comprehensive Plan is the City's blueprint for growth and infrastructure decisions over the next twenty years, and every major planning decision going forward will be evaluated against it. Thanks to the Coalition's advocacy, the City has extended the public review period, giving residents additional time to review the draft plan and share feedback before recommendations are finalized. We encourage all members to visit the Naples 2045 website to review the plan and make sure Moorings' priorities are reflected in the final document.

NCH is offering "NCHengage In Your Neighborhood" presentations to bring NCH physicians and clinical experts to discuss the health topics that matter most to Moorings residents. Help us select the topics by sharing your top areas of interest in this poll.

The Naples Police Department is excited to announce that this year’s National Night Out will be hosted by the Four Seasons!

5:30–7:00 PM

at the Four Seasons

801 Gulf Shore Blvd. N., Naples, FL 34102

This is a completely free, family-friendly event, and complimentary valet parking will be available!

We hope you’ll join us for a fun evening with your family and friends. Several of our community partners will have tables set up to showcase their businesses/services, and some of our police vehicles will be on display for everyone to check out.

There will be plenty of fun for the kids (and adults), including:

Bubble Truck
Bounce Houses
Rita’s Italian Ice
Four Seasons Putting Green

And come hungry! The Four Seasons will be providing the food, so bring your appetite!

National Night Out is a great opportunity to connect with your local police officers, meet our community partners, and enjoy an evening of fun with your neighbors.

MPOA Board Meetings will resume in October and are held on the second Tuesday of the month from 3-4 pm at the Moorings Presbyterian Church, 791 Harbour Dr.

If you cannot attend in person, a zoom option is available. More information will be sent out closer to the meetings.
