Make up gear handout will be done by appointment throughout the first week of practice. Appointments will be available on a first come first serve basis by reserving your time slot at the league table starting Monday during practice. The first available appointment will be Monday at 7:30 PM and additional appointments will be available for small groups in 30 minutes increments throughout the remainder of the week. If you missed gear handout today please schedule a time slot for you player to get his equipment as soon as possible.

As we get ready for the first week of practice next week please also remember to have your players and cheer leaders hydrate well in advance of the first practice. They should start drinking a minimum of 8 ounces of water per day as soon as possible so that they are well hydrated when practices start.
