Equity Program Strategic Investment Round Webinar

On Friday, November 6th, from Noon to 1:00pm, CHFA and OEDIT will host a webinar to discuss the forthcoming Strategic Investment Round for the Proposition 123 Equity program.

As described in the Affordable Housing Financing Fund Fiscal Year 2027 Funding Plan, the Strategic Investment Round will open in November. Approximately $20 million in funding will be available during the round.

This Strategic Equity Investment Round will be focused on affordable housing developments that will provide demand aggregation for Colorado’s factory-built housing manufacturers. Applications must meet the Equity program statutory and policy guidelines and sponsors must partner with a Colorado offsite housing manufacturer, such as a volumetric modular, panelized, or other innovative factory type, and describe how the development or developments will fill unexpected gaps in the manufacturer’s production schedule.

The webinar presentation will be recorded and published on the Affordable Housing Financing Fund website. Please register to attend via Zoom.

The second Fiscal Year 2027 Proposition 123 Equity round will be open to all eligible applicants in April or May 2027.

Questions about the Equity program may be submitted to equity@chfainfo.com, and more information about the program is available on the Affordable Housing Financing Fund website.

These meetings will be recorded by the presenter. If you do not want to participate in a recorded presentation, please log off of the call. You will have an opportunity to watch this recording in the future.
