AIM SMM Review Form Learning Sprint
The Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM) is launching the SMM Review Form Learning Sprint to help operationalize the newly revised SMM Review Form and its associated resources.
The SMM Review Form is an inpatient chart review tool to review instances of morbidity to assess quality of care and identify opportunities for improvement. The revised Form and its associated resources are now available on the AIM Implementation Resources Webpage.
The learning sprint will begin end of July and continue through August 2024 focusing on the following topics:
