Our Pork Baby Back Ribs, from local Ontario pork, are exactly what hits the spot; they’re tender, meaty, and just begging to be slow-cooked or grilled low and slow until they fall off the bone. I think every family has at least one person with a special pork rib recipe. Our recipe is another of Ingrid's specialties. The recipe calls for cooking the ribs low and slow in a carbonated beverage then to smother them in our Smokin' BBQ Sauce.
