Dear Westminster Community,
As many of you know, the roof of Mackey Hall was leaking pretty badly last weekend, and there were trash cans collecting the water on Sunday morning. I wanted to give everyone an update so you know where we are in the process of fixing it.
The College Facilities Department came over and did some patch work on the roof yesterday (January 23) in an attempt to stop the leaking. They were able to make some progress, however the rain today (January 24) shows that the roof will need more attention once the weather permits.
All of this is to say, that the roof will still be leaking on Sunday, January 26. Our Building and Event Steward, Adam Smith, has been made aware of this issue and will be setting up for the service around the leaking area.
