With the Emmaus Road Scholarship Fund, you can designate a scholarship to help Newark Catholic students and get it back on your Ohio state taxes. This scholarship granting organization (SGO) allows you to earn a reduction of your tax liability of up to $750 individually and $1,500 filing jointly. Why give it to the Ohio Department of Taxation when you have a choice to provide a scholarship in the same amount returned on your Ohio taxes?
