Gloucester Resource Council Update

This Just In...

The Gloucester Resource Council was pleased to welcome Patrick Billups, Founder and Principal Consultant of Euphony Leadership, who presented The Capacity Advantage. Patrick shared practical strategies for increasing organizational capacity by reducing friction, improving communication, creating clearer processes, and leveraging tools such as AI to handle repeatable, low-judgment tasks. Participants were encouraged to identify "capacity leaks" in their organizations and explore ways to simplify, automate, and align work around what matters most.

A recording of the presentation will be shared with members soon. Follow our YouTube channel to see the presentation when it's published.
