Hey FCA! February Highlights!

• At Aliso Niguel HS, we had guest speaker youth pastor at Coast Hills Church and one of the wrestling coaches at ANHS Matt Coyne speak to 150 kids in attendance and gave out 22 Bibles, praise God! Matt spoke about how wrestling through life with Christ is the only way to wrestle through life!
• At Laguna Hills HS, we had girls flag football coach and Athletic Director at LHHS Patrick Pollock speak to 85 kids in attendance and gave out 3 Bibles, praise God! He spoke about how our life with Christ is like a marathon, and how running this race with Christ is absolutely worth it, even when it is hard!
• We had so many powerful messages and saw strong engagement from students at our huddles across all the high school campuses I oversee, praise God for the ways He worked this month!

Here's what Jayden had to say about how FCA has changed his life!

• As an athlete, how has FCA impacted your life on all levels?

"FCA has impacted my life on all levels. As an athlete of Christ, I carry myself on the court differently. Win or lose, I want people to know that God is still good no matter what. FCA has also helped me become a better leader at home with my siblings. I'm better at leading Bible studies with them and helping them in their faith."

• Being involved with FCA, how has FCA impacted your time in high school?

"FCA has impacted me in high school by helping me spread the Gospel easier. It has given me a lot of confidence to be bold in my faith and share the good news of Jesus. I am also held to a higher standard by God and by my peers because they see that I am a president of a Christian club. I have to represent Christ in every single thing that I do."

Upcoming FCA Events!

Come and join Orange County FCA at our second Pickleball Tournament of the year on March 21st at the Tustin Hills Racquet Club! Help us raise FCA camp scholarships for kids to go to FCA Camp with your participation in this tournament! Hope to see you there for an EPIC day of pickleball!

Come and join Orange County FCA at our annual Golf Tournament on April 20th at the Tijeras Creek Golf Club! You can help directly support FCA Staff in Orange County with your participation in this tournament! Hope to see you there for an AMAZING outing of golf!

Prayer Requests:

• For Jayden, and that he would finish his senior year strong at ANHS and bring God glory in all that he does
• For our upcoming FCA events and that God would provide the sign ups and funds needed for the ministry and that He would be glorified
• For the huddles for the rest of the semester, and that students would continue to go to FCA to desire to hear the Gospel
• For new and more people to come on board to support the ministry financially and through prayer
