Summer season is under way & it's electric!

Message From The Director

While younger players enjoy summer break from organized play with ECFC, older players have been busy with tournaments and travel. ECFC had 3 teams represented in the Donasti Cup in San Sebastian, Spain, 1 team in Portugal, and the 06/07 oldest boys' team competed at the NPL Nationals in Colorado, losing in the national final 3-4 in overtime. In addition, we had several teams participate in local tournaments, F11s and F10s both taking home championship trophies last week. Congratulation's to all the teams on their commitment and hard play this month! Overnight camp at Camp Waskowitz proved to be a good time for bonding and experiencing a bit of the outdoors. Thank you to Lucas Isler and Peter and Patty Fewing for running this camp for our ECFC players! Finally, please make sure to enjoy some down time and summer fun, as practices and late summer/fall play begin soon for all of our players!

Why people join ECFC?

"Emerald City FC prides itself on creating a competitive soccer environment in a family like setting. I experienced that personally as a player and we wanted our children to enjoy that same experience. ECFC understands the entire athlete; mentally, physically, and emotionally. We weren't just a number on the roster, we were a member of the family. For the last 46 years they have continually proven that you may take the family out of ECFC, but you can never take ECFC out of the family."
