No summer slump here!
Ministry Moment with Sarah Martinez
|
Y'all. It's hot. I'm praying fervently for the folks who have to work outside in the heat. I'm praying for cooler temperatures and rain. I'm also offering prayers of thanksgiving for Trinity Episcopal Church. This community of God's people provides welcome and respite from the unrelenting demands of life. We come together for worship, learning, and fellowship. True refreshment! Keep reading to see what's in store for the days ahead. I'm particularly excited about the Art of Theology speaker series organized by Father Jason. There are also two upcoming oppotunities to share a meal and conversation with other "Trinitarians." Consider this message your personal invitation to join in!

Do you know of a 501c3 non-profit doing God's work in our community that we might partner with? If you know of a non-profit that needs emergency funding now, please complete (or share) the TRO 2023 Emerging Needs application. Emerging Needs grants range from $50 to $2,000 per grant. And if you know of a non-profit that Trinity can partner with in the future, complete (or share) the 2024 TRO grant application. Submissions are due by Aug. 31.
