April is Parkinson's Awareness Month and you can help raise awareness in your community by getting your local government to declare a proclamation for Parkinson's Awareness Month. Proclamations from the city are issued by the Mayor to honor, celebrate, or create awareness of an event, milestone, or achievement; proclamations can be issued for one day, week, or month. Help us reach our goal of 7 proclamations for Parkinson's Awareness Month.
