Please enjoy the videos linked below of each grade's recitation. Share them with your children and join us in celebrating our scholars' perseverance and courage to memorize and recite these poems for their peers.

Tax Credit

PAJAMAS & POPCORN

In case you missed it…the Tax Credit Drive is so important that we have recently upped the stakes! Every classroom that brings in 8 Tax Credits between 3/9 and 4/17 (the official tax filing deadline for 2023) will earn a PAJAMA & POPCORN experience on 5/23/23!

Tax Credits are one of the easiest ways that AZ taxpayers can support Trivium. After you make sure you have done your own, you can ask ANY AZ family and friends to redirect a portion of their tax dollars ($200 max for single filers/$400 max for married filing jointly) to Trivium and get it returned to them when they file their 2022 AZ state tax return! It’s SO simple! They don’t have to have children that attend Trivium. They can even have kids in private schools and do both a private school one for themselves AND a public school one for TRIVIUM!

The tax dollars we get are used to support EVERY SCHOLAR at Archway by off-setting the cost of field trips so every family pays only $10 out-of-pocket this year for each field trip! Let’s make sure we can keep those field trip fees low by helping us reach the Tax Credit goal! If you have any questions about Tax Credits or other giving, please contact Annann Hong at ahong@archwaytrivium.org or (773) 307-6779.

  1. Submit Tax Credits HERE. The Tax Credit can come from your own family, or it can be a Tax Credit from anyone that lists your family/children’s name(s) in the Student Referral so we can credit your child’s classroom. If you have multiple children, each of their classes will get credit!
  2. Check the real-time Classroom Counts towards the Pajama and Popcorn experience HERE or by scanning the QR code below. This chart will get updated as often as we get in new Tax Credits.

Let’s reach that GOAL together. Go Squires!

We are currently at 55% to goal, and below are the current standings for our Dunk a Dean.

VOTE TODAY for the Dean you most want to see dunked when we meet our Tax Credit goal!! Currently, Mrs. Arbogast is in the lead.

State Testing Dates (3rd-5th Grade Students Only)

Please mark your calendars for the following state-testing dates. In order to best prepare for the exams, we ask that you take note of the dates below and plan ahead. If a student leaves the testing environment, s/he cannot continue their exam and it will be submitted as-is. Please do not schedule appointments for these dates or pull your children out early.

We recommend that your scholars get a good night's sleep the day before and a nutritious breakfast in the morning. Please have students bring the following: a healthy snack and water bottle for the break during testing.

Additionally, all students should bring a set of headphones, as certain parts of the test require audio. These must not be Bluetooth headphones, but be able to connect via an auxiliary cord.

3rd Grade: April 3, 4, 24, 25

4th Grade: 6, 18, 20, 21

5th Grade: April 5, 11, 14, 17

Reminder: No Student Drop-off/Pick-up from Neighboring Businesses

Traffic Flow for Student Drop-off/Pick-up

With the expansion of Archway and addition of the new building, there are significant changes to the traffic flow for the upcoming school year. Please carefully review the new Archway Traffic Flow for Student Drop-off and Pick-up and reach out with any questions. Taking the time to understand these procedures will help to ensure the safety of our students/staff and a smooth traffic flow.

Carpooling Update: Our east side pick-up lane has had a faster track and will now be our designated carpool lane.

If you have 2 or more Archway ONLY pick-up cards, you will be guided into this fast-track lane for a faster pick-up. Please be sure to have your pick-up cards ready to show our traffic controllers that you are carpooling so they can guide you to the appropriate lane. To maintain the flow of pick-up, others may be directed to the fast-track lane, but carpools will be given priority. Please do not enter the carpool lanes until you are directed to do so.

As a reminder, if you are picking up Middle School students DO NOT ARRIVE to campus before 3:15 PM. This creates significant delays. If you arrive before 3:15, we will ask you to go back into our pick-up lanes and try again.

Please follow the link below to review the DETAILED Archway Traffic Flow Plan and be sure to share this link with anyone authorized to drop-off/pick-up your children.
