Join us for a four-week Bible study as we explore four familiar biblical stories, looking beyond the interpretations we've often been taught to discover new layers of meaning and fresh insights. Along the way, we'll wrestle with passages and explore practical tools and strategies for reading Scripture with curiosity and finding meaning in its ancient words. Led by Grace Lindvall, Associate Minister of Education, and Cedric Lundy, Seminary Intern, this study welcomes everyone, whether you've been reading the Bible for decades or are just beginning. COMMITMENT SUNDAY IS NOVEMBER 15
How is God Shaping You as a Living Stone?
Our Stewardship theme this year comes from 1 Peter, which reminds us that we “like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house.” Every interaction, act of service, and shared prayer is a way God fits us together to build a community of hope, connection, and care. Throughout this season, we invite you to reflect on how God is shaping you as a living stone. As you discern your commitment for the coming year, we hope you feel inspired by the community we share and all that lies ahead.
Next Sunday, November 15, we invite you to bring your pledge cards forward during the offering.
Click here to pledge online, or pick up a card in the pews on Sundays.

Tyson Garden: Construction Update
Exciting progress continues on the Cynthia Haldenby Tyson Garden! Much of the hardscape work is complete, including granite benches, paved walkways, and gathering spaces. Stone steps are nearing completion, site grading and planting are underway, and grass, mulch, lighting, and handrails are still to come. Weather permitting, the majority of the project should be completed soon.
A note about lighting: The new walkway between the Point and the church building will remain temporarily unlit while adjustments are made to the lighting design. The original floodlights were turned off after a potential eye safety concern was identified, particularly for young children. An alternative elevated lighting solution is being developed, with installation expected to take several weeks. Thank you for your patience as we work to ensure the space is safe for everyone.
We look forward to seeing this new space for reflection, community, and creation care come to life! Learn more about the Tyson Garden and follow its progress here.
