Celebrating Milestones

There is something truly electric about the way this community rallies together. This entire week has served as a masterclass in what makes Trident Academy so special, as we spent the last few days celebrating the milestones that define our journey together. From the joy of our Senior Clap Out and the excitement of Yearbook Signing Day to our Fifth Grade Moving Up Day, the week was full of meaningful transitions.

That sense of belonging was at the very heart of our incredible Seahawk Day of Giving. I am still moved by the outpouring of support we witnessed from parents, grandparents, dedicated teachers, and former board members. I am delighted to share that we saw our highest number of grandparent donors in school history.

At the Senior Clap Out, we were honored to welcome back two former Trident students graduating this spring from Charleston Collegiate to join our five seniors. Hearing them speak about how Trident Academy fostered the grit and determination they’ll carry into their next chapters was a powerful reminder of our mission.

Thank you for coming together this past week to invest in our people, our traditions, and our future. We are a strong, vibrant community because of you, and I am deeply grateful for your continued partnership and for the way you show up for our Seahawks every single day.

SEAHAWK SCOOP:

End of Year Celebration Ceremonies and Graduation: 
Wednesday, May 20

We can't wait to celebrate the accomplishments and growth of our students this school year. All parents and families are encouraged to attend!

Lower School Celebration: 8:30 a.m. until approximately 9:30 a.m.

Upper School Celebration/Graduation: 10:00 am until around 11:30 a.m.

We're Collecting Gently Used Clothing

As the school year comes to a close, you're welcome to thin out your child's closet by donating his or her gently used Trident-branded clothing to our school. Please drop off your clothing items at our front desk or send them in with your child. We will let parents know this summer when we set a date for a used clothing sale before the new school year begins.

WHAT'S HAPPENING ON CAMPUS:

Today was our Senior Clap Out, and the energy was incredible! We had the privilege of celebrating our graduating Trident seniors alongside former students returning from high schools all across the area.

Walking through the halls one last time to the cheers of our students and teachers is a proud tradition, and it’s a beautiful reminder of the lasting impact of our community. We are so proud of all your hard work and can’t wait to see where you soar next!

We had an amazing time celebrating our student athletes at Sky Zone this week for our Sports Banquet!
