Trouble Signing into Forms Simplicity?

First, please check to see if your email address has changed. The email address you signed up with when joining GCBOR is the one that Forms recognizes as you. If you have changed your email address and have not changed it at REALTOR.org or asked NPBOR to do it for you, Forms will look for the old email address.

Please notify us at staci@gcborAR.com of any changes to your email address, home address, or phone number so we can keep your file as accurate as possible!

You can satisfy this requirement online at no cost with Fairhaven 2.0, NAR’s innovative fair housing education requirement.

Code of Ethics (CoE) vs. Continuing Education (CE)

The Code of Ethics is a course each NAR-ARA-GCBOR member takes upon joining the association and every three years in a cycle, for the duration of your membership. The Code of Ethics is what distinguishes a REALTOR from a real estate agent. In order to reaffirm your commitment to being a REALTOR you must retake the course every three years. It is online at nar.realtor for FREE.

The current cycle is Cycle 8 and runs from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027.

Your Code of Ethics is not necessarily a continuing education class. It can be, but it is not CE unless clearly stated by the instructor.

Each time you take a Code of Ethics course, either online or through a licensed instructor, it is the agent's responsibility to send a copy to their local board for compliance and entry into the M1 system.

Code of Ethics does not go to the Arkansas Real Estate Commission; it goes to your local board for entry into the M1 database.

CE is what is required by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission for you to maintain a license to practice real estate in Arkansas.
