JVS JOB-SEEKERS VIRTUAL WORKSHOP

Uncover Employers' Needs Using Microsoft Co-Pilot

Most job descriptions only tell part of the story. Behind every posting are the real expectations, workplace dynamics, and qualities of the person who will succeed in the role - and these are rarely written down.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use Microsoft Copilot to uncover the information employers leave out: the deeper needs of the job, the likely work environment, and the traits of an employee who would be a strong fit.

You’ll learn practical prompts that reveal what the employer is truly looking for, including a powerful question that asks Copilot to describe the type of person who would thrive in the role.

The goal is simple: help you decide, with clarity and confidence, whether a job is worth applying to before you invest time in tailoring your résumé or preparing for interviews.

There will be 20 minutes of open networking

with fellow job seekers after the presentation.
