October Is The Month

When Leaves Turn Red and Brown

Trees turn orange and yellow

Fall leaves come swirling down

Rake up all the leaves

And jump into the pile

Come and pick a pumpkin

And carve a silly smile!


Fall has officially arrived, and the leaves are vibrant and ready for viewing! While "leaf peeping" is a well-known tradition on the East Coast, we have just as much to celebrate with the changing seasons here in the San Bernardino Mountains. The air is crisp, the hiking is amazing, and Oktober-festivities are in full swing!


We encourage you to make plans to visit and experience all that the Southern California mountains have to offer this season!

October is officially here! That means everyone's favorite fall festival, Pumpkins in the Pines, returns to SkyPark at Santa's Village every weekend beginning October 11th! Join in as we celebrate all things autumn with a parkwide pumpkin patch, seasonal food & beverages, paint your perfect pumpkin, the Legend of Sleepy Hollow Puppet Show, and more! With crisp mountain air and the park bursting into fall colors, it's the perfect way to welcome the new season.

Additionally, our Chamber sells Adventure Passes for visitors to our local National Forest. Day passes are available for just $5, or you can purchase an annual pass for $30.
