From Aug. 31 to Sept. 5, the Academy of Wine & Spirits (AWS) will be hosting AWS Hospitality Certification Week at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort. These internationally recognized certifications are designed for hospitality professionals looking to expand their knowledge and strengthen their credentials.
The week’s courses include:
- August 31 – Level 1 in Wines
- September 1-2 – Level 2 in Wines
- September 3– Rum Ambassador
- September 4– Tequila Ambassador
- September 5 – USVI SMART Serve Alcohol Certification (I mentioned this one to you a while ago)
