Critical Conversations: Please Read
We live in a remarkable time of advanced technology and things like Artificial Intelligence, are rapidly changing our daily lives. Some of you may be completely immersed in it, using it everyday, and others may not even realize that you’re using it because of the apps that generate content for us by using AI automatically.
How are we to look at faith in the age of AI? What are the ethical, practical, and theological implications of this technology? We’d love to invite you and any one else interested in this cultural moment to our next Critical Conversations event on Sunday,10/18! There will be faculty from Emory University and the Candler School of Theology to speak with parents and youth. We'll begin the night with dinner together before breaking into different areas. 4th and 5th graders will be working the pumpkin patch and there is child care for those younger. Parents, Middle School, and High School students will have 3 separate conversations on the topic of AI. Wherever you find yourself, it’s important we come together for critical conversations like this! Invite a friend, neighbor, family member, or anyone else who is interested in learning more!
