Regional Community Meetings 2023
The dates for Asia and Latin America regional community meetings are:
ASIA meeting in Singapore April 11 and 12, 2023
LATIN AM in Sao Paulo, Brazil, June 1 and 2, 2023

Applications for Pro - Bono Projects
For 2023 there is the possibility to apply for LSP materials to bring the power of LSP into areas, where it is needed, but not realistically accessible. In short, the requirements for proposal and project are:
 
The Facilitator will donate their development and facilitation time
The Facilitator will post an article on our public blog and do a presentation at one or more community meetings
The Association will donate the LSP materials and the shipping (excl. duty)

3D-Interviewing done remotely
3D Interviewing is our one-on-one interview and visualization technique using LEGO bricks as the language. It is used as part of the workshop design phase, when in dialogue with the client to gather the knowledge insights needed to make the best possible workshop. If this technique is new to you, you can familiarize yourself with the technique on the 3D-Interview section. (make sure you are logged into the community site)

The technique works best in a face-to-face context, but it can also be very useful in an on-line situation. I have explored two scenarios:

Scenario A - make a video:
You interview the "client" on-line asking questions, listening taking notes the normal way with pen and paper. AFTER this interview you off-line build a 3D visualization of your notes and record a video of your 3D note-taking. Next "day" you then arrange another on-line meeting, where you PLAY your video for the client to check that got it right and what you missed - if anything.

Scenario B - do it in real time: You ask questions, listen and take your notes in 3D not visible to the client. Once you believe you have the full scope you simply turn on the camera and let the client view your note-taking while you tell the meaning of the notes. On the 3D -Interview section on the community site you will find sample videos for both A and B.
