Sheila's Story

Sheila and her two-year-old daughter, Lisa, faced difficult challenges as asylum seekers fleeing domestic violence. Today, Sheila is thriving in a stable home, working, attending college and building a secure future for her family.

We're grateful to the National Charity League (NCL) Surf Cities mother-daughter teams for their hard work deep-cleaning our Food Pantry to create a welcoming space for our participants. Mama and Baby Drive Supports Families in Need

Thank you to everyone who has donated to the Mama and Baby Drive so far! This week, Mayor Pro Tem Dr. Priya Bhat-Patel, District 3, recently dropped off much-needed items, including clothing, toys, strollers and diapers. Truck Donation Pick-ups Volunteer Opportunity

Join our Food Rescue Team! We're looking for volunteers to assist with truck food pick-ups and deliveries, especially on Wednesdays or as on-call substitutes.
