Fall Festival Special Update

Come to one of the biggest community events at Cherry Chase! The Fall Festival is a volunteer-run, fun-filled event for families, featuring New Games, Spooky Craft, New Animal Program “Things That Creeps”, Balloon Artist, Face Painting, and delicious food. It is coming up in a few weeks!

Sign up to Volunteer

Please volunteer at least one shift per family - Sign up here! We need all your participation to make this event successful and keep lines down. Many shifts are only 45 minutes long, so you can enjoy the rest of the festival with your kids.

Love playing with kids? Help with game booths. Feeling crafty? Sign up for face painting or the craft table. Prefer working with adults? Help check in volunteers or clean up. 

Middle and high school students can also volunteer.

Note: Volunteers arriving during school hours (before 2:30pm) must check in with the office and be volunteer cleared.

Food and Drinks Donation



To keep our food costs down, we are looking to borrow coolers and for donations of:

• Homemade baked goods
• Purchased baked goods
• Individual bags of Chips, Snacks, Popcorn
• Cans of sodas, juices, or water

Guidelines:

• Portions should be individually sized.
• Please label and list ingredients and allergens (tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, milk, eggs, soy) on all homemade items.
• Drop off donations in the office conference room between Wednesday, 10/28 (after school) and Friday, 10/30 (morning).

Admission is free, but tickets ($1 each) are used in place of cash to participate in activities and buy food. Buy your discounted tickets online until Thursday, October 29th at 5pm.

Pick up preorders or buy in person at:

• Week-of Morning Pre-sales: Monday, Oct 26 – Thursday, Oct 29, visit us at the blue tables from 8 – 8:30 am.
• At the event, tickets will be $1 each. The Ticket Booth will be open from 2:15 – 4:30pm for pickup and sales.

BONUS: PTA members will receive extra tickets for free (5/individual or 10/family membership)! Become a member today!

Complete the PTA Waiver

The Fall Festival is put on by the PTA, so your child needs this year's PTA waiver on file to attend. Waiver status will be checked when ticket pre-orders are picked up. Complete it now to avoid delays!

Note: You do not need to be a PTA member to attend the event.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. This is not a drop-off event.

Prizes and Pumpkins

Be sure to pick up a stamp card from the Prize booth at the festival!

• Each game wins 1-2 stamps.
• Each completed row of 5 stamps wins a prize.
• Up to three different prizes, or a pumpkin from our pumpkin patch.
• Kids will collect Prizes at the Prize Booth

Halloween Celebration at Cherry Chase

School Halloween Parade will be on Friday Oct 30, 8:15 – 8:45.

Your room parent or teacher will let you know if they will be holding a class party.

Students are welcome to wear costumes at the festival
