Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ -

This week, a large group of Paulist Fathers is gathered together for our quadrennial General Assembly at a retreat center on Long Island, NY. The assembly may last until June 12. It is the governing body of our religious community.

Please pray that the Holy Spirit guides their discernment and decisions regarding our community and missionary work.

Fortified by your prayers, this gathering can help the Paulists grow in personal sanctity and in zeal to cultivate pastoral ministries that serve as a source of spiritual strength, community, and welcome – particularly for those who are outside the Church.

If you would like to tell the Paulists at the General Assembly that you are praying for them, or let them know how the Paulists have impacted your life, you may share those prayers or stories at our website: Share your story.

Peace,

Father Gil
