Online Community Replacement

One of CITE's goals is to provide systems that are integrated seamlessly, streamlined, and easy for members to navigate. Last year our team successfully replaced our website & membership system. This year, we have been working on replacing our Online Communities (listserv) provider.

Our current Online Communities provider has consistently had deliverability issues to .org, .gov, and .edu emails which impacts most of our membership, and is the primary reason we decided to implement a new solution. In December our team evaluated platforms and selected a new provider. Since then, we have been working on configuring the system. We're excited to share that our Launch date is set for April 13!

Our Online Communities will have new features and a new look and feel. Similarly to our current system, you will still be able to receive, post, and respond to discussions via email. We will also have some new features including a true job board, chat, and the ability to create collections of posts to find information and resources on demand. We are sure you will appreciate the new features!

In the meantime, if you have any questions regarding the project or need support with the current Online Communities system, please do not hesitate to contact support@cite.org.
