Support an Emerging Entrepeneur!
After a hiatus from our youth programming, the Squamish Chamber has officially partnered with the Howe Sound Secondary Entrepeneur Class to help usher them into the world of business and we are currently looking for potential business mentors.
Youth Connect
This networking occasion is tailored exclusively for students enrolled in Tami Jazic's Entrepreneurship Class and their designated mentors. Participants will have the opportunity to develop essential networking abilities, refine their elevator pitches, and receive valuable input from experienced business leaders. Youth Connect events will be held once per semester.
Youth Business Pitch
Reminiscent of Dragon's Den, students will put into action all of the skills and knowledge they've acquired throughout the semester as they pitch their business to a panel of experienced judges, with their parents and mentors cheering them on. The winning pitch will be awarded a prize (to be announced).
If you are interested in becoming an Emerging Entrepeneur mentor, please email admin@squamishchamber.com
