PAR Forms are changing
July 1st
|

As of July 1st, some PAR forms have changed.
Please make sure to update your templates with the new forms.

Agent Licenses
in Paperless Pipeline
|
|
Your current license is kept in your Agent File in Paperless Pipeline.
PA licenses:
Originals must be kept at the Exton office per PA rules. SRG will upload a copy into your Agent File in Paperless Pipeline for the agent to download & print.
(It takes up to 8 weeks for us to get your license from PA.)
DE, MD, NJ licenses:
Agent to download their license from the state site & then upload it into their Agent File in Paperless Pipeline. (SRG doesn't receive a copy from the state.)

In an effort to maintain accurate records, Monique will be sending out a DocuSign
to all agents who joined SRG prior to April 14, 2022.
Please complete it with your current information ASAP.
This will enable us to verify that our records are correct.

To change your Banking info or to update your address on file with Springer, please notify Monique via email @ Monique@SpringerRealtyGroup.com and a new W-9 or Direct Deposit form
will be sent to you via DocuSign.

The updated Policy Manual can be found in the Reference Section of Paperless Pipeline.
The Tabel of Contents is interactive, so just click on the page number you want to view.
If you have questions, most of the answers can be found in the Policy Manual.

Q3 2022 will be the last quarter to qualify for title ownership before the SEC’s required
6-month resting period. After Q3, your next opportunity to purchase ownership in Title will be in April 2023.

Uploading Continuing Education to your Agent File
You can find your Agent File in Paperless Pipeline under the Transactions tab.
Scan the list of transactions for "Your Name Agent File" & click the link.
Select Upload Docs & add the pdf certificate for the CE.
Doc Name would include the phrase CE 2024.
Permission Category = Sale.

Changing Commission Plans
-Any pending transactions up until the date of the change will be paid out based on the plan in place when the deal went pending.
-The deadline for change is July 1st...If you are happy with your current plan, there is no need to notify us, no change is necessary, and your plan can stay as-is.
DepositLink is for Escrows
DepositLink is for payments to SRG of ESCROW ONLY, not for Commission deposits & not for your buyers to pay escrow to other companies.
Depositing Commission Checks
When depositing Commission Checks, please upload all the required documents so we may close out the transaction and so payouts can be made promptly.

New Features & Feature Requests
Chime is continuously improving its user interface. To see which features they are working on, click the question mark in the upper right corner, then "Suggest a Feature". After that, if you have a feature you would like to see added that is not under consideration, click the blue circle with the plus sign in the lower-left corner of the Suggest a Feature section & fill out the "submit an idea" form.
