SNAC Meeting Notice
July 30, 2026 @ 7 PM
Gathering Room/Hybrid
Good Afternoon Silos!
Your Silos Neighborhood Advisory Committee (SNAC) will be meeting this Thursday, July 30th at 7pm in the Farmhouse Gathering Room (meeting will also be virtual, if you cannot attend in person. Meeting Link is below).
What is SNAC?
The purpose of the Neighborhood Advisory Committee is to serve as a liaison between residents and the Board of Directors by identifying opportunities to enhance the community and providing thoughtful recommendations on neighborhood-related matters.
The committee's role is to observe, discuss, research, and make recommendations regarding the appearance, safety, functionality, and overall quality of life within the community. Committee members work collaboratively to identify resident concerns, explore potential solutions, and present recommendations to the Board for consideration.
The Silos Neighborhood Advisory Committee may:
- Identify areas of the community that could benefit from improvement or maintenance.
- Review neighborhood conditions and recommend projects or initiatives that enhance the community.
- Assist in evaluating ideas that promote safety, beautification, and neighborhood pride.
- Support community engagement by encouraging resident participation and communication.
- Conduct research and present findings to assist the Board in making informed decisions.
The Neighborhood Advisory Committee serves in an advisory capacity only. It does not have the authority to establish policies, direct vendors or staff, approve expenditures, enforce governing documents, or make decisions on behalf of the Association. All recommendations are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors.
How do I submit an idea to SNAC?
Residents are encouraged to share ideas that may improve our community. To submit an idea for the Neighborhood Advisory Committee's consideration, please complete the SNAC Idea Submission Form using the button below.
Once your form has been submitted:
- Your idea must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled committee meeting to be included on the agenda.
- The resident who submitted the idea must attend the meeting to present the idea and answer any questions from the committee and homeowners in attendance.
- If the resident is unable to attend, the item will be tabled until the following meeting. If the resident does not attend the second meeting, the item will be removed from the agenda. A new submission may be made at any time if the resident wishes to revisit the idea in the future.
- If there are no agenda items submitted for discussion, the Neighborhood Advisory Committee meeting will be canceled.
We encourage all residents to participate and share ideas that contribute to the continued improvement of our community. We look forward to hearing your suggestions!
